Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Plan A+ app (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, developed by Marcus Jillgart (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS.”
The Application collects limited information necessary to provide and improve the user experience. This includes:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
Usage data such as the pages visited within the app, the time and date of access, and the time spent within the app
The operating system used on your mobile device
The date and time of your last login, used solely to calculate activity streaks and enhance user engagement.
The Application requests permission to send push notifications. If granted, the Application can deliver notifications such as task reminders or streak updates. Notification permissions can be managed by the user at any time through device settings.
The Application does not collect precise location data.
The Application uses Firebase Authentication to allow users to sign in securely. As part of this process, the Application collects and stores:
Your email address
A unique user ID assigned by Firebase
The Application also stores user-created content (such as tasks, sessions, and preferences) in Firebase. This data is securely stored and associated with your user ID. The same security measures and data deletion rules apply to user-created content as with your email and user ID. If you delete your account through the Application, all associated user-created content will be permanently deleted as well.
No other personally identifiable information is collected.
This data is used solely to enable login functionality, support core features of the Application (such as maintaining streak counts and sending reminders), and improve user experience. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
The email address, unique user ID, and product interaction data collected by the Application are linked to the user’s account in order to enable secure login, maintain activity streaks, send notifications, and improve the user experience.
Only aggregated, anonymized usage data may be shared with external services (such as Firebase Analytics) to help improve the Application.
Your information may also be disclosed:
If required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or legal request)
If necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service Provider or others
With trusted third-party service providers who are bound by confidentiality agreements and only use the information as instructed by the Service Provider
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. This can be done through your device’s standard uninstall processes or via the app store.
User-provided data (e.g., email, user ID) and any user-created content are retained for as long as you use the Application. If you choose to delete your account through the app, all associated data — including user-created content — will be permanently deleted immediately.
You do not need to contact the Service Provider to request data deletion, as this option is available within the Application.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data without your consent, please contact the Service Provider at Svante@jillgart.se, and appropriate action will be taken.
You must be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country (unless your parent or guardian provides consent on your behalf).
The Service Provider takes data security seriously and implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.
This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are made implies your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
