By downloading or using Gainiac, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where applicable) to use Gainiac.
Gainiac grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your iOS device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Gainiac may request access to your device’s GPS/location data to provide navigation features. All location data is processed on your device only. We do not collect or store location data.
You may not use Gainiac to violate laws, interfere with app functionality, or abuse the service.

Gainiac is provided “as-is.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. Use at your own risk. Training in the mountains in inherently dangerous. Please follow best practices, stay home in bad weather and leave no trace.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
