1. License to Use

The App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the features and services of the App, solely for non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the App in any way.

You need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You promise to provide true and accurate personal information and are fully responsible for the security of your account. You may not share your account information with others.
2. User Conduct
2.1 Lawful Use:
You agree to use the App only within the boundaries of the law and not engage in any illegal, infringing, or harmful activities. You may not post false information, harass others, or violate others' privacy.
2.2 Prohibited Actions:
You agree not to use the App to:
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;
Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the proper functioning of the App;
Engage in activities involving malicious software distribution or network attacks, etc.
2.3 Information Content Restrictions:
The term "information content" in this Article refers to user behaviors that are not allowed to exist when the user generates, copies, publishes, disseminates, and other behaviors in the process of using the Service:
Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing contents that infringe upon others' legitimate rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, and trade secrets;
Publishing, transmitting, and disseminating content involving others' privacy, personal information, or data without others' permission, except software usage information generated and published by default due to the use of the Service;
Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating harassing, advertising, and junk information or information containing any sexual or sexual implication;
Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, public order, good customs, social ethics, or interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
2.4 Comply with Local Laws and Regulations:

You should avoid getting involved in political and public events due to your use of the Service; otherwise, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate your service.
Any breach of this agreement shall be deemed a serious breach by you, and the Platform may suspend the services to you, terminate the service agreement and legal relationship between the two parties, and is not obligated to refund the fees paid by you, which shall be deemed as liquidated damages paid by you to the Platform. If the liquidated damages are insufficient to cover the Platform's losses, the Platform may also seek remedy from you through other legal channels.
2.5 User-Generated Content and Third-Party Complaints:
Any content (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, charts, etc.) that you create, post, or disseminate through the Service is your sole responsibility. The content you publish and disseminate through the Service shall comply with relevant laws and regulations.
You agree to authorize the Platform to use the content you post and disseminate through the Service, including but not limited to the content involved in the "drama review" and other functions.
If the Platform receives a notice from a rights holder claiming that the content you send or disseminate infringes their rights, you agree that the Platform has the right to independently judge and take measures such as deleting, blocking, or disconnecting the link.
3. User Content
3.1 User Uploads:
By uploading content through the App, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions and that such content does not infringe on the rights of others. You grant the App the right to use, display, modify, and distribute your uploaded content worldwide.
3.2 Content Review:
The App has the right but not the obligation to review, delete, or modify user-uploaded content to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
4. Termination of Agreement
If you violate any terms of this agreement, the App has the right to terminate your license, close your account, and take appropriate legal action.
5. Disclaimer
The App is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by user actions or content. Users assume all risks associated with using the App.
6. Privacy Policy
You agree to comply with the App's Privacy Policy, understanding how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Changes to Agreement
The App has the right to periodically modify this agreement. The modified agreement will be posted on the App and may be notified to you through email or other means.
By clicking the "Agree" button, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms of the above User Agreement.
8. Subscription Service
8.1 Auto-Renewal:
The subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the expiration date. Both parties can turn off this service. Once the service is turned off, charging will stop, but completed payments will not be refunded.
8.2 Cancellation:
On iOS devices, you can cancel your subscription at any time at least 24 hours before the next renewal date by going to Settings → iTunes Store & App Store → Apple ID → Check Apple ID → Subscriptions → ThisNovel.
9. Limitation of Liability
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk. The App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or punitive damages. If you are dissatisfied with these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use. Liability is limited to the amount you paid to the App.
