All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio guides, and maps, are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use any content without our express authorization.
The App allows you to download content (such as audio guides and maps) for offline use. Downloaded content is intended for your personal use only and must not be redistributed.
The App may integrate third-party services, such as Apple Maps, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party content or services.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App.
By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any harmful activities.
