By using Tube Trackr or Rail Frenzy, you agree to the following terms.
For users who download Tube Trackr or Rail Frenzy through the Apple App Store, use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
The following terms apply to users who download Tube Trackr or Rail Frenzy through the Google Play Store.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Tube Trackr and Rail Frenzy for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and the policies of the relevant app store.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the relevant app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not collect or store your payment information. Purchases, refunds and billing matters are also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant app store.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, modify, copy or redistribute either app, except where permitted by law.
Use either app for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of either app.
Tube Trackr and Rail Frenzy are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that either app will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, either app.
Your right to use Tube Trackr or Rail Frenzy may be suspended or terminated if you breach these terms.
