Welcome to Fyno. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fyno mobile application ("the App"), created and maintained by Philipp Schaber ("I", "me", or "the Developer"), an individual developer based in Austria.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Fyno helps you stay in control of your personal finances with a clean, simple, and focused budgeting experience. The App offers certain features for free and others via a paid subscription.
To use certain features, you must create an account via Google Firebase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Billing: Fyno offers a Monthly/Annual Premium subscription. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle, and you will retain access to Premium features until then.
Refunds and EU Right of Withdrawal: All transactions are handled by Apple. In accordance with EU consumer law, you may have a right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days. Please contact Apple Support for all refund requests
The App, including its original content (excluding user-generated data), logo (Fyno), and source code, is the exclusive property of Philipp Schaber and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the App.
Use the App for any illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content.
Use automated systems (bots) to access the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
I do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Graz, Austria.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
